HOW TO USE K-PERFECT TENSE

1. While using a TENS machine, you’ll experience a non-painful tingling or buzzing sensation, and this can help to block or suppress pain messages.
2. Usually, there are two electrode pads will be put on the most painful areas. This is because the TENS can cover the painful area and give a relief feeling from the pain.
3. You can also use FOUR Electrodes Pads to treat a bigger area. Don’t worry, this device can be controlled and it will help you to tolerate the pain. You’ll be able to control the strength, (or ‘volume’) of the current that’s passed through the electrodes, with a rotary knob or dial.
4. Adjust the strength of the current until the tingling sensation from TENS is strong, but it is not as painful as you’re feeling. You’ll also be able to adjust the pattern and speed of the current so that the TENS sensation can bring as much as comfort that you need.
5. Many TENS machines are digital and have helpful pre-sets to help you choose the best settings for you to tolerate your pain.
